Keep luggage and packages moving with our walk-behind belt loader. You’ll get the cost savings and maneuverability of a walk-behind unit with greater durability than a drivable machine. Simply leave the loader near the gate and use the stowable tiller arm for precise placement at the plane.

By eliminating the drive components found in most belt loaders, we’ve not only increased longevity and reduced cost, but we’ve also significantly reduced maintenance requirements. And our durable components and rigorous testing ensure your loader will last and work efficiently for years

Safe, continuous operation with no downtime: that’s how we keep you moving.

Features

  • Operator controls hydraulically raise and lower the end of the loader. Controls on each end ensure easy access from any position.
  • Easily load and offload at a variety of aircraft heights. The unit accommodates doorsill bases from 36-1/2 to 108 inches (0.9 to 2.7 meters) off of the ground, with options that allow the loader to go as high as 119 inches (3 meters).
  • Easy towing on pneumatic tires.
  • The tiller arm allows for precise placement near the plane and it can be quickly stowed after the Orscheln lever and cable parking brakes safely secure the loader in place.
  • The roller-supported bed moves in forward and reverse positions as fast as 100 feet per minute (30.5 meters per minute).
  • Automatic hydraulic braking and five emergency stop buttons across the unit ensure safety.
  • Retractable flip-up side guides keep parcels on track while enhancing safety.
  • U.S. military-grade powder coating protects the investment while providing custom color choices.

Options

  • Rear lift kits incorporate a second hydraulic lift to accommodate varying worker or truck transfer heights on the end opposite the aircraft.
  • Hot-dip galvanizing provides additional corrosion resistance.
