Features

  • An integrated towbar allows for safe movement at 20-25 mph (32-40 kph) while preventing damage caused by breakage and jackknifes.
  • Solid welds keep seams tight and the weather out to protect as much as 8,000 pounds (3,629 kilograms) of baggage from the elements.
  • Thicker steel and more ribs than any other carts reinforce strength.
  • Bolted-on running gear on the front and rear axles allows for easy replacement with no cutting or welding required.
  • Towbar-actuated front-wheel brakes easily secure the cart to prevent rollaways.
  • Durable vinyl curtains feature webbing every 10-12 inches (25-30 centimeters) to prevent rips and tears.
  • Full 360-degree, fifth-wheel rotation allows the carts to track correctly in any direction for safety and easy maneuverability.
  • Anti-friction Timken bearings are permanently lubricated and sealed to eliminate contamination and reduce maintenance.
  • Smooth, vinyl-padded corner bumpers minimize damage should an aircraft strike occur.
  • U.S. military-grade powder coating protects your investment. Custom colors are available.

Options

  • Bolt-in shelves, flat or V-style floors and side openings can all be customized to your specifications.
  • Choose from either 5-by-10-foot (1.5-by-3 meter) or 5-by-12-foot (1.5-by-3.7 meter) cart sizes.
  • Solid or pneumatic tire options on rigid-mounted running gear offer further customization for the needs of each jobsite.
  • Choose four-wheel, independent, rubber torsion axles rather than a rigid-mount cart so each axle can be replaced individually. This reduces maintenance expenses and downtime.
  • Hot-dip galvanizing provides greater corrosion resistance.
